Privacy
Project enquiries, kept simple.
The project form asks for your name, contact details, music links and information about the project. I use that information only to review the enquiry, decide whether the project is a fit and reply to you.
Anonymous site measurement
The site also records strictly pseudonymous page and funnel events, such as page views, time engaged, scroll milestones, form starts, completed form steps and confirmed submissions. These events are sent to a first-party analytics service with a per-tab session ID and limited UTM campaign fields. They do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, form values or keystrokes. This v1 event layer currently has no automatic deletion job and will be reviewed before production use.
Marketing measurement
Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, SiteBehaviour session replay and heatmaps, advertising identifiers and retargeting are separate from anonymous metrics and run only after you opt in to marketing measurement. You can change that choice from the privacy preferences prompt. A project enquiry is counted as a confirmed lead only when the secure form webhook accepts it; the prepared-email fallback is not counted as a lead.
Delivery and storage
When a secure form delivery service is connected, the submitted details are forwarded to my private inbox. In a local preview without that service, the site clearly asks you to finish by sending a prepared email; it does not claim that anything was stored.
Sharing and deletion
I do not sell enquiry data. I only share it where a technical provider is needed to deliver or host the site. If you want your enquiry removed, email info@remycoopermusic.com.
